
Terms & Conditions
All guests who book The Australian Burlesque Cruise March 2021, confirm that they have read and agree to the below terms and conditions in addition to the release and waiver form found in the registration form.
Registration Form
All guests must fully and truthfully complete a registration form. False or incomplete entries may render your booking invalid.
Ticket Purchases
All tickets purchased are finalised on first payment (first installment or in full) and no refunds or exchanges can be granted.
Tickets may be purchased in full up to 2 weeks before cruise is due to sail or by opting in to the payment plan before November 1st 2020, pending cabin availability.
Payment of an instalment initiates a payment plan and indicates that the passenger agrees to the terms of the payment plan including the administration fee. Passengers may pay out their payment plan early at their convenience, however this will not result in a reduction/refund of the administration fee.
The organisers reserve the right to change, add or withdraw any component of the event while retaining value for money and the spirit of the event.

Persons under 18 years of age will not be permitted to attend The Burlesque Cruise classes, performances or cocktail parties.
Only guests who have purchased the participant package will be able to attend cocktail parties, classes and workshops as part of The Burlesque Cruise. Non participants may only attend the performance.
At the organisers/directors discretion, ticket name changes may be granted in the event you are unable to attend the event and wish to on sell your ticket to another guest. No name changes can be processed after 15th March 2021. A name change fee of $50 will apply to ticket name changes made after the first instalment of a payment plan has been made.
Prices, capacity and event details are subject to change without notice.
The organisers and management team reserve the right to refuse entry to participants not adhering to the events Terms and Conditions.
Refunds
No refunds can be granted on purchased tickets.
In the event that you are refused entry into any portion of The Burlesque Cruise for any reason no refund will be issued.
In the unlikely event that the burlesque cruise is cancelled before the 1 September a 50% refund shall be offered on the burlesque portion only, excluding the admin fee for those on a payment plan.
In the unlikely event that the burlesque cruise is cancelled after the 1 September a 20% refund shall be offered on the burlesque portion only, excluding the admin fee for those on a payment plan.
All cruisers must contact the cruise ship or the Travel Agent regarding a refund for the cruise itself.
Pricing
All prices are per person and are GST and Tax inclusive.
The registration fee for participants includes; welcome pack, classes, workshops, hospitality events and performances hosted by The Burlesque Cruise, access to some of the ship's on board facilities in line with your ticket, accommodation as purchased, meals (conditions apply), taxes and port charges. All beverages in addition to those provided at The Burlesque Cruise hospitality events and additional expenses are the responsibility of the participant and are not included in the event pricing.
Event & Entry Conditions
Online registration - Registrations are made online here.
Payment of the deposit is due within 48 hours of receiving details of how to pay via email.
Failure to do this will result in your booking being cancelled.
Cancellations – The organisers reserve the right to defer or cancel any workshop/event if there are insufficient bookings or conditions arising beyond our control. All efforts will be made to reschedule clients to an alternative workshop date.

A valid ticket is required for entry into all events and workshops held by The Burlesque Cruise.
Participants are not permitted to bring or use any of the following during the event; illicit drugs, alcoholic beverages, glass bottles, weapons, offensive clothing and objects, any dangerous goods, animals (other than registered assistance animals), professional recording devices other than those permitted by management, lasers, horns, whistles, non-sealed drink or food containers, any items that are intended for sale or purchase unless permitted by management.
Media, Images and Footage from the event
Any media or footage from the event remains the property of the organisers. The organisers are entitled to use any media or footage from the event for any future promotions and/or advertising.
